The device model reports back as nvr4x-4ks2 on the lorex app, I tried upgrading to a dahua firmware, because at this point screw lorex, and if I end up bricking the system, oh well... The device LOOKS phisically like a dahua model. but that's as far as I went with my research appreciate any input
