The gear planner option would be perfect because I can customize his character with his gear without having to ask him to pose for something, possibly giving away my idea :).

The contest seems to be literally about making something that ain't in WoW but looks like it should fit there... like directly opposite of what you are thinking of doing by taking things out of WoW and presenting them.

You have to select World of Warcraft folder, not data folder. But I don't think you can load your character in there yet. They completely changed customization system and WMV still looks at old system. You can load some models but they might not be properly textured. unitedbk • 3 yr. ago.
